    • While I was at it, I also replaced the OEM H7 head light bulbs with Osram NightBreakers from Autosave Components in the UK. The part number on those bulbs was: OSRO499NBR
    • Overall, the conversion to LED was fairly easy and the bulbs are definitely an upgrade to the OEM lighting. I should point out that the front turn signal LED bulbs are more directional than the stock bulbs and do not utilize the reflector housing as well as the stock bulbs. Still, they are quite bright and show up well, especially from the side. --Ken B.

  • 675 Piston Swap Procedure (Thanks David_M)
  • Relays to run both headlights (Non-USA Models), courtesy of Welshrob: the relays you need are 4 pin 12 volt 40 amp with a resistor (6800 also works but doesn`t have the resistor) for surge protection. The common type in Australia are made by Narva and the part number is 68004.
  • Stebel Nautilus install on an '03 ST. Clicky here
  • Stebel install on an '01 RS. Clicky
  • Some helpful tips to install the Nautilus on a Sprint ST. clicky (The schematic to use for an '02 Sprint ST, if you're going to use the stock horn switch and delete the stock horn, is the one in the bottom right hand corner of the directions sheet.)
  • The replacement sprag clutch for the '02-'04 ST is much larger in diameter than the original unit and requires replacing the gear it rides on as well.
