Newbie

Thought I had better intoduce myself to all and sundry.
Been riding the new Triumphs since 1993.
Had a 1993 Red Daytona 1200 for 13 years before falling in love with the 675.
The love affair fell apart when I had to move to the US last year and thought as I am getting old and grey that I should get a more comfortable bike and got the ST. Which I love as well.
But the love of the 675 was still there and the Track was calling so I just had to get another one.
So I am now the proud owner of two Hinkley Triumphs.
(The 675 needs a paint job for the Race Fairing any ideas would be welcome)

Welcome Aboard!

Glad your here. Those are two nice bikes you got there and it looks like you have plenty of room in that there garage to work on them.

Welcome to the forum Fastbrit, the Red/White you've got looks ok but I agree with Cafe' the Union Jack would suit your monicker.

Thanks for the welcome guys.
Yes I have thought about a Union Jack Logo, just got to work out the right design and Art was never one of my strong subjects.
When the paint job is finished I will post up the results

OK, just a picky when it comes to garage walls but mebbe a bit more important when it comes to expensive paint jobs - there's a right way and a wrong way with the Union Flag (Union Jacks only go on ships or summat); the flag on the wall is the 'wrong way round'!

See:

....for the utmost in correct dimensions &c. - it's all in the white bits)
