Speed Traps

Not that I ever exceed the posted speed limits but I suspect there are a few of you out there that do. This site may be of some interest

http://www.speedtrap.org/index.html

I checked my town and I need to add a few to the list

Probably the 5 things to save gas is more useful when you're driving a car, don't think about it on a bike but a couple of extra km/litre is worth while.

I think the point Bonafide is trying to make is that when you first see him 1/4 mile away he's already got you !

Ride on !

HA! Nah ... I let them get within 500 ft of me and STILL I dont even bother turning the lights on for less than 15 mph OVER the posted. I avg 15-20 tickets a day.

I will stop/cite others for BIGFOOT sized trucks, tinted windows, and child safety belts/car seats. Friday & Saturday nights I'm so busy with DUIs and Drugs that I dont even bother with most of it.

All is fair. At least there is usually human interface involved. I hate the camera stuff. You'd be surpised how many police own bikes and will give you some leeway unless you are totally goofy.
