Zip ties, quality flashlight, metric allen keys set, mini torqx set with 1/4 inch drive rachet, needle nose pliers, 8mm and 10mm combination wrenches (spanners), fuse set, screwdriver (either a phillips head, reed and prince, and flat head or one of the cool combination screwdrivers that has each of the aforementioned drives), and a generic pair of pliers.

Don't forget to throw in a Victorinox Swiss Army knife. The cork screw and bottle opener come in real handy.

I have one of these on each bike. I have a Hayabusa tail trunk on the Daytona and a rolling closet on the Bonnie when needed. Not sure, but Triumph does show a tail pack and tank bag for the '08. Should work.
