We've all heard of the Ace Cafe on the north circular in London haven't we? Birthplace of cafe racing and all that, surely we've all got to go there at least once, a sort of biker's pilgrimage if you will.
Yesterday my mate Steve and I decided we'd go visit the Ace. Steve doesn't do computers so it fell to me to get directions from the
Ace website and further assistance from google. To cut a long, and hot, and frustrating, story short - I couldn't find it [hangs head in shame]
Today, determined not to be beaten, I shot off up the motorway armed with an enlarged selection of maps and a thorough grounding in the localities of Park Royal and Alperton. And what did I find at the Ace, the world famous
biker's cafe? (Yes I know it was originally aimed at truckers)
