Got her home today

Suppose to get up to 50 and sunshine today. Had to get the new bike from the dealer, about 70 miles away. It was 43 degrees and into a 20 MPH wind all the way home, but that could not wipe the smile from my face. First ride since fall of '05. I could not be happier with the bike. Just the perfect fit for me.

Picture is Daddy's little girl and our new ride !

Still ice on the lakes and snow in the shadows, but warmer days ahead !

I'm glad you explained that she is your daughter. I was about to recommend bar risers for you!

Love the stuffed animals. Nice touch.

I was wondering if "your" feet would reach the pedals. You'll have a lot of fun with your new ride. Are you planning to take your daughter for a ride?

We'll go around the block a few times to see how she likes it, after we find her a helmet. Mom and I used to ride a lot before she showed up. My daughter's best friend rides with her dad so we may do some short trips together. I got my first bike when I was two years older than she is now. Hid it in the neighbor's barn until my mom found out. Mom bought me a helmet when she found out!

Congratulations! I love the Scrambler.

I don't think those are Webkinz. You can tell because his daughter still has enough interest in the outside world to come out and sit on Daddy's new Triumph!

It looks like you have a CAR in your garage! I didn't realize you could put cars into garages! Waddle they think of next?

Hey HiD, I actually (first time in 10yrs) put a car in the garage yesterday.

We're going away for a week and have a borrowed car (while I'm bikeless) so decided it shoudl be garaged for the week. Very interesting concept, the downside was I had to move 3 push bikes, my paddock stand, and 2 filing cabinets to fit the car in (to a double garage) and it is only a Ford Festiva (Mazda 121 size)

Nice bike and cute picture. I guess you and your daughter will both be enjoying that Scrambler. I have three daughters, and they all had passionate love affairs with my motorcycles while they were younger. Nobody, in their eyes, was cooler than me and my bike. We are heros, eh mm1?
Good luck with the bike and BE CAREFUL!

mm1ut1,
Great photos! It won't be long and you'll have to hide the keys. She sure looks like she wants to twist that throttle.
