The old "Exploding Glass" Trick...

I just had the most bizzare thing happen to me at work:

I was about to sit down at our conference room table with some of my co-workers (and our chief engineer ). This table has a tempered glass top to protect the wood.

I set my planner down on the table, started to sit down and the tempered glass exploded into thousands of pieces.

...I think it might be Monday!

Your planner must really cool. The sudden drop in temperature is what did for the glass.

You have WAY too many appointments in that planner of yours! That is freaky. I've seen rear windows blow out of cars, but never table glass (unless a John Belushi toga party gets out of hand or something).

My co-workers are really letting me have it over this...

LMAO EDG1911

Good stuff... someone wasn't SEE-ing ahead.

I really think the table ruptured from a temperature variance, maybe your planner was either really warm from maybe sitting in the sun? I know vinyl holds a temperature well so does leather.

Maybe it was the opposite? Maybe the glass was warmed from sitting in the sun and you set your cool / cold planner down onto the surface.

Count the pieces. If they add up to your phone number, then the accident was caused by an infinite improbability field, in which case you should take three Pan Galactic Gargle Blasters and call a doctor.
