I also prefer a larger image on the back of the shirt with a smaller image on the front left chest. Big logos on the front are dorky, like "Vince" in The Color of Money*. I'm working on a line of T-shirts featuring images like the ones you see on my avatars, and that's how I'm going to do it.

*The exception is T-shirts worn by full-figured, attractive females.

You cold try an online T-shirt designer where you upload images off your PC and they put them on the shirt for you.
