Hopefully it sucks less than issues 1 and 2. Seems like a patch is the least they could do for sending those pieces of crap to my home.

I won't hold my breath. I only got issue number 1 after a call to customer service in Georgia, and I called for issue number 2 as well but never did get that one. Apparently delivering on customer service is even less important that producing a quality publication.

That's a step better than me kingbear - I haven't gotten 1 or 2. I wasn't all that concerned as the mag has been sliding downhill quickly.

Question I got mine!

I received my copy today. Badge is pretty cool, but the publication itself could do with some direction. An area of input by RAT members or leaders would be nice, and also maybe some rider's tips for bike set ups, maintainance and performance/modifications. What do you think?

Triumph Mag

I need to lose about 100 pounds so I can look like the male models in the magazine, then I'll need some Botox shots so I look like I'm pouting, then I need to learn how to "prance"...
or I can use the magazine pages for the dog's area.

Just poking some goodnatutured fun, but hey, Triumph guys - here's an idea for the next issue:
He: Looking very suave in his Walmart discount bin jeans, Goodwill reclaimed boots, and hand-me-down off white T-shirt complete with underarm stains.
She: Resplendent in her slightly short J.C.Pennys polyester slacks, Dollar Store sunglasses, and Dr. Scholl's corrective footwear.
Read on as they visit the luxurious coastline of Gary, Indiana, then experience the trendy nightlife at Jellystone Park (or Parque?).

Whaddaya think?

Nice. You describe my dress well. Wal-Mart jeans. Wal-Mart black t shirt. Or they could...JUST SHOW BIKES AND BIKE RELATED INFO! That magazine is crap.

Must be disheartening for the publishers to see all these negative comments, there has been a survey last year on this forum by someone involved. I'm not sure if this feed-back has related into any of the suggested changes.

I've yet to pick up my copy.

Recent survey links have been posted in the last few days.
Avail yourselves of the opportunity to provide constructive input and gratuitous whinges.
I for one, enjoy the mag (it is free) and appreciate the effort that Triumph is making to stay in touch and improve.
I'm looking forward to getting the latest issue and the patch, which might well be on display on either my kilt or flat cap in Bennington.

Other than the desire for more technical information, the mag does what it is designed to do. Look sweet and glossy. I do prefer the old version of Torque but a free patch sounds appealing. I can be bribed after all. Around here, the mail is so slow, I'll see my issue in a week or more.
