New vanity plate...
OK, all the obvious favourites were gone, and being restricted to six characters in New York I was scratching my head a little. As the Isle of Man is such an iconic place for motorcycling (and as I also have such fond memories of the Manx GP), it seemed appropriate. It's one of those that if you get it, you get it... if you don't... oh well.
So the Thrux now has a small identity crisis, but she doesn't mind
... oh, and before the UK guys tell me I could have afforded multi-upgrades for the price of a vanity plate... it only cost $25. Sorry guys, mega thousands for a vanity plate is a UK thing

What's that, she now thinks she's a Norton 500 single?
Or that she's a stumpy tailed cat?

I had a Manx cat named Norton a long time ago.

Since I severely bobbed the rear mudguard (sorry... fender) with a Dremel when I put on the Lucas style rear light, I guess she's a stumpy-tailed cat

For some reason I immediately thought of "Mannix" that TV detective show from the 70s with the great theme song. Da da da da da da da da daaaaaa...
