This guy can handle his bike!!!!
There have been a few of these recently, but the duration of this one makes it even more impressive. Got this from Shawn's new linking web page - really great stuff on there.

Police competition I believe. I've seen a similar thing with a guy on a Gold Wing. Really skillful.
How the hell do they know where they've got to go?

No kidding blacktiger, it would take me hours just to memorize the route! No to mentions years and thousands in crash bar funding to develop the skills. Of course, if they let you put rollers on the bars...

Un-flippin-real. I agree with you Hide, it was difficult enough for to memorize the route through the cones on my driver's test let alone something complicated like that route. And swinging that monster around like a 50 cc Vespa is crazy. Napoleon Dynamite, eat your heart out!

skill
If only all riders could ride like that, it would probably reduce the number of accidents with bikes down to half what it is.
Amazing handling, it gives us something to aspire to do one of these days....

An amazing performance indeed, right up until the last moment when he appears to overshoot the stop box by a few inches. DOH! :

Amazing indeed
Out here in CA we have an understanding that you simply don't run from the bike cops. Unless you're Rossi or Stoner, you think you'll outmaneuver these guys in the twisties on your sport bike...you won't! These guys are really good pilots.
Now the one I'd like to see is the CHiP (CA Highway Patrol) training video where they learn how to crash on the bike. They have these special crash training bikes (so I'm told) and they actually have to lay it down at various speeds and use different recovery or escape methods to avoid injury or totaling the bike.
