I'll bet Monty down in ABQ has spare handlebars. Would this work with a passenger on the bike?

When I was a HS kid, my buddy James and I would go to our after school job in his VW bug. He would operate the pedals and I handled the stick shift and the steering from the passenger side while he ate his sandwich. Sometimes he hung out the window while eating. Some folks got pretty upset when we approached...
