Yes, but I fear it's like the old joke about scientists discovering that exercise kills germs: how do you get the germs to exercise?
In this case, the question is how do we convince enough people of the not-so-bright persuasion to remove their own ability to reproduce early on?

Ah nuts! Looked a litttle whimpy for a potato gun. Usually they use a beefer PVC and much bigger for distance.....The father seemed real concerned as he was laughing at his son and the loss of future grand kids...  :

HOnestly, if that's the caliber of brains in the family...it is probably for the best that he doesn't procreate.
