Just use the "Manage Attachments" button on the bottom of the page. Most problems are related to the size of the file exceeding the allowances (97.7 kb for a standard jpg, 19.5 kb for most other picture formats).

I just use photobucket and tag the links from there...

There are other image hosting websites out there as well. Image shack, kodak, etc...

The nice thing about photobucket is that when you upload the pictures, it automatically sizes them well for this forum. I think that's a default that you can change, but it's working well for me.

You can upload into the Member Albums on this site. It will resize the pictures and automatically create an album for you (if you don't have one there already).

Each picture you upload will also include the code you can use in forum posts to display your pictures.

Using other sites, like PhotoBucket, is also a worthwhile option but I can't guarantee that I'll always support them.

If you prefer to upload the pics as attachments, and you don't have any sort of image-editing software, below is a link to Microsoft's site with a free solution (choose the Image Resizer):

Hidesert I just stuck mine in there and they were there. It seems to be a lot smarter system than the previous one. No line no waiting.
