Flat Cap at the Ace...redux

Some of the new folks may have been wondering about the references to my "flat cap". Or not.
And many of the oldsters, I'm sure, would like to take new "shots" at this pic of me, last December, as I made a journey to the Ace Cafe on the out skirts of London Town...

The Flat Cap will be in Vermont next year, I assure you...

I wear the flat cap, (I have 4) when in Scotland, and at home in temps between 30 and 50 degrees. Both on the golf course and about town...
I receive numerous kudos and the odd thumbs down...
All flat caps have been purchased in Inverness and points northward.

If I remember rightly TBA, they didn't speak to you in there and the waitresses were a bit surly ! Maybe they thought you were an off duty Scottish cop, could have been the cap ?

Aye, that was the consensus- that I was wearing the wrong attire in the Ace; and a Yank to boot!
A bitter sweet memory, indeed, but one that I cherish...
They have no idea of the lost 'trinkets' revenue they might have generated...

Scott, thanks for the memories.
Hey, I'll bring my flat cap to VT if you do. I wonder if they'll let me ride the Victory?

Yes, you can bring the Victory to vermont. If you let me duct tape the flat cap to the top of your helmet when we ride.
