There Goes Smooth Highways

About 8:30 Pacific Time the Bay ares had a good shake, 5.6, 10 seconds and a rolling type of action. Our freeways are already bumping enough without adding more bumps to our bone jarring riding experience here.

The cat is still unsettled checking every inch of the three story townhouse. It rocked and rolled pretty good this time.

No damage at this point and no aftershocks yet!

Hmmm not good, when you get them we get them, we're on the same fault line. Felt nothing today but we've had a few minor ones lately and one of our volcano's came active again a month ago.

Ride on !

Hope it stays that way; an earthquake has got to be a very wierd experience.

When are the frogs and locusts scheduled to arrive?

I read about it this morning and sent e-mails checking on family in Livermore. 5.6 may not be Armageddon but it's still a pretty good rattle.

You guys have all the fun. Nothing worth mentioning here since 1755. And don't get me start talking about volcanoes: WE AIN'T GOT NO VOLCANOES!

Next up for Cali: typhoon, followed by locust infestation.
