As I'm playing out my last few days in the International Investment Cube Farm, I punched out about 1:30 today and went for a ride.
It was sunny, windy, and about 55 degrees.
Such a bittersweet time of year. The trees are ablaze in color, the air seems clean, the school kids are out playing touch football and soccer. Winter is close at hand, so I need to ride whenever I get the chance.
But take care out there, those falling leaves, especially when wet, are a real hazzard. Then tend to clog up around the drains on corner intersections and will take out your rear wheel in a trice. I've already had a couple of slips, but nothing too dramatic.
