Racing Get-offs Video

A compilation of motorcycle racing accidents set to symphonic music. No gore... just poetry in motion.

A cobra in the middle of a race track? Talk about race to the death!

Thanks, Dog.

It was because of that poor snake getting wiped in your last set of videos RD that the thread was deleted, the rest were ok, but since you insist we'll let it go this time !

I know you jest Tbird... but the cobra didn't even get "wiped" (as you put it). I think he actually struck the riders knee as he went by... we might need to be wearing our leathers for more than just the obvious reasons.

If and when I ever come off (and let's not get bogged down on that subject) remind me to slide not roll... looks far more comfortable. Nay, elegant, even.

It's amazing how far you slide when it's leather on the road instead of rubber. Modern safety gear is fantastic. These machines can do a really convincing bucking bronc imitation when you push them to their limits.

The snake didn't strike at the rider. He was just sticking his tongue out as he passed

Good vid..

Oh those high sides are terrifying. As Keith Code put it in 'A Twist of the Wrist': "Relax, you're just road-testing your leathers". Yeah, right!
