Tbirdnz - 2 years on!

....the exact date of joining is no longer displayed - just the month and year.

I joined mid October 05 and I think Tbird was 2 weeks before me.

Well done Tbird - thanks for your input - your elevation through the ranks has been well deserved.

I have been flat out with work and projects at home over the last few months so havent been here as much as I used to - but I see you have been doing a sterling job of flying the kiwi flag in my absence.

Thanks Grant, I looked up my profile, 03Oct05, so you were spot on, it's this Wednesday.

As regards flying the flag I'm going to have to wave it twice as fast if you're still thinking about becoming an Aussie !

It's a toss up whether or not we become the 7th Australian State or Australia becomes our West Island. I suppose it'll all go down to the wire on who blinks first or who runs out of water ! As it's hosing down outside I don't think it will be us.

Now we have put our clocks forward one-hour, 13 hours ahead of GMT, aren't we supposed to be in better weather ?

Ride on !

p.s. and your's is on the 10th

Other Motorcycle: I wish!
To think that Tbirdnz was the first person whose post I deleted when I became Mod...(or was it Lee?)

Anyway...look at him now....hasn't he grown up to be a good Padawan?

OK 'nough praise, now go fetch the coffee.

You're truly a pillar of the Hang-out! I'm building a statue of you out of matchsticks as we speak.

Shame I have no idea what you look like, but one can't let niggling little details like that get in the way of a crazy, impulsive idea.

Lincoln Logs might be more appropriate than match sticks...

Here you go Hidesert, a rare shot, I'm generally the one with the camera so I don't have too many.

....and here's a link to a shot I posted a year ago on a tour. (Hint: I'm not in the first pic, I'm in the 5th).

So there you go, no more complaints !
