Even if production was moved to India why would it matter? The designs were made in England so it's still an English bike,right? Right?

I don't think it will ever happen, if John Bloor sold it to the Indians it will be the final coup de grace of the marque. Look at the Royal Enfield, stuck in a time warp, maybe that's an attraction but technologywise fatal. Would you like a Daytona 675 as is now in 2025 ?

The magazine did say it was gossip.
