$$ Per Hour?

I've been wondering what everyone is paying for labor costs at their dealers.

Ft. Lauderdale $85

South Seas Cycle (local Triumph dealer) charge $68/hr.
Some of the other local dealers I am told are up around $75.

About AUS$80 per hour here in Western Sydney. So a "normal" service is about $240 in labour and another $150plus in parts.

To minimise costs I do an oil change @ 6000km and then put it in to the dealer at 12000km. This means I'm changing the oil 60% of the max (10000km) distance Triumph recommends (costs about $25 for oil and $20-30 for filter), but I get 20% distance more distance before having to pay the dealer.

I've done this on every bike for the past 8 or so years.

It works for me - YMMV.
