Thumbs up Love for Norman Hyde Customer Service...

Recently lost the rubber from one of my NH rearset footpegs. Sent an email to those folks asking if I could buy just that component.

Not only was my email answered within an hour or so, they sent the part to me within a few days, across the pond, at no charge. Keep in mind I made no indication that I was in any way displeased with their product or thought they had an iota of responsibility. Quite the opposite really. 'Sh!t happens' was my mindset. I was totally surprised by their response.

The whole experience, which I thought was going to be a mild P.I.T.A., turned out to be 100% positive.

BTW, I'm going to plug the kids at NewBonneville.com as well. I've had a couple transactions with them lately and they've been absolutely stellar.

Good times.

I've heard about NH replacing parts for free, across the pond no less, before this thread, but it's great to hear about again. I have a set of their rearsets for my Bonnie as well and the quality, fit, function, and appearance are second-to-none.

+1 for props to New Bonneville too.
