Windshield Wobble

I have a National Cycle Deflector windshield. Since I mounted it I have a slow wobble at any speed over 85 MPH, yesterday I took the w/s off and took a 50 mile ride. Guess what my wobble was gone.

So now the question, is there any way to stop the wobble while leaving the w/s on ? Besides slowing down.....

The front tire was inflated to 33 psi and the rear to 38 psi. The f/r shocks are both Ikons. The forks where removed from the bike, drained then refilled with BelRay 5 wt fork oil. The front tire is the stock size and was balanced when it was installed, about 3500 miles ago.The bike only has 11500 miles on it.

I have seen the same thing happen to another Bonnie in any corner over 70mph. The windshield was a Triumph aftermarket part. It was returned for an in store credit. Try and return it based on the fact that it is a hazard to your life.

Those particular screens seem a bit tall, trade it in for a fly screen as a compromise or you can re-angle it, should be in line with your forks if you haven't already done that.

Ride on !

Other Motorcycle: anything I can get.
Had a screen on my HD and it took a lot of messing about to set it up and prevent weave, stick at it and fiddle around.
