Robin,
Tell Genevieve I've never had a passenger yet on any of my latest bikes, but she'd be welcome anytime. What a precious find she is. See folks, you don't know what you're missing. But you have to dally and soak it all in, in order to fully appreciate their charm and wit.
And Robin, before summer's over, I may take you up on that ride offer. Just let me know what day of the week is best.

whisperinsmith, sunday is always the easiest day for me to manage. this time of year is a little tricky though, with all the weddings. we'll figure something out! i'll let genevieve know about the ride. she is an experienced passenger.

Wow, I didn't know the cafe was a Triumph magnet! I've caught a cup of coffee and cookies there when passing through. I can be found riding through Wilmington, but usually head north for a ride.
Rt 2 is much nicer than the Mass Pike. There are so many great roads in VT, I love it there!

Great story

But just to butt in.... Hey Doodle if the weather in England was bad you should've taken a ride up the A1. We were in Aviemore Scotland last week and it was showery and cool but nothing like the Biblical flood suffered by those we left behind in the Midlands.

Extra Motorcycle: dya mean the one outside?
That sounds like a really good day out, WS - the sort of day that makes happy memories. Thanks for sharing.

Hey Nick - it's not often that Aviemore gets better weather than the Midlands.

I'd like to thank you also for the story whisperinsmith. In a couple of weeks I'm taking some vacation time. Think I may just head north and course through upper New England.
