I am new on here and am trying to help a good friend of mine. She had inherited a bike from her late father and needs to get a general idea of what it might be worth. It is a 1971 Trophy with about 6k original miles on it. I don't know any other info on it but will attempt to post some pics.
Next question would be how do I post the pics??

Any help in this would be greatly appreciated

How many cc's is it 650/900/1200?

What sort of condition is it in?

To post pics you have to set it up in a photohost (photobucket, flickr etc) and the add the IMG to the image button below when you are posting a reply.

Nice original condition IMO It is a 650cc... That I know ( i think). The pipes look as though they are from a Scrambler..

They are fetching about $6-7,000 AUD here in Oz, that's about 4K US

Perhaps PM Grandpaulz or Dagads from the classics forum, they might even offer you a good price for it.

It's the grandfather of the current Scrambler, and if it was original, complete, un-restored, running with no smoke and good compression it would be worth about $5-6k in Australia. If it's in worse condition, then obviously much less.
