From what I've read and seen in todays newspaper the Glastonbury is more of a mud bath where it traditionally buckets down for the entire festival.

It reports it was a record attendance of 177,500 people braving rain and mud to hear British rockers Arctic Monkeys, Icelander Bjork and the Canadian band Arcade Fire.

Lots of celebrities there inc The Who, Manic Street Preachers and Iggy & the Stooges. With circus performers, performing artists and comedians.

They also tried to break the Guinness World Record for mass kissing, encouraging 45,000 couples to kiss at the same time and obtained a 100,000 signatures to stop climate change.

Hey who watched it, you or me ?

Fair point, though did see Iggy yesterday, and Amy Winehouse friday.Currantly am watching the Who.I did manage to miss most of the bands I would like to have seen, but I did have a busy weekend.Lots to do and no time to sit in front of the telly.Maybe one day before I get to old I will pay the hundred or so pounds and go for the weekend.I have enjoyed the music I have seen, and I quess thats what matters.Hope you have too.
