What do I do?
Rabbits are eating up my plants.
I live in a town home, so I don't want to put up wire fences. I've tried pepper spray on my plants, but I think the rabbits actually like it....they must think it's some kind of seasoning.
I just caught this little guy hiding under my shrub when I got home from work.
My neighbor (nice lady, but not too swift) feeds the rabbits because she thinks that buy feeding them...they won't eat our plants. I guess she does not understand the fact that by feeding them, more rabbits are drawn to the area.
Anyone know of anything that will keep rabbits away?

go staple up wire fencing along your neighbors back door, make sure you cover the windows she may try to make it out that way too.

If you live in a town house then make the most of it, nature disappears all too quickly around towns and cities.
For me well I pop them off now again in the rural area as well as possums if they get too many but I also get wild turkeys, pheasants, ducks, hawks and all sorts of native birds around my farm and wild pig but I let them survive, it's nice to have them around. In fact during the duck shooting season they seem to migrate here, they know they're safe.
I'm not that far from the main CBD, 30 minutes drive, so I consider myself lucky to have them.

I've had pretty good success with a water mixture, with liberal amounts of cayanne pepper, tabasco sauce and lemon juice, sprayed around the perimeter of your plants area.
But some rabbits are just smarter than your average Elmer Fudd.

I first read that as 'pants area' TBA.
Now that would surely work.

Talk to the staff at your local nursery. Bunnies will eat some plants but not others, so select accordingly. A lot of it has to do with leaf texture.
The deer decimated my holly this past winter, but only after destroying my mums in the fall.

Hey PantherMark,
Forget the rabbit stew [a lame joke, of course], but nearly every year I find a nest in my yard. The mama rabbit pretty much leaves them be, and soon they hop about a bit for a week or so, then gone! never had them eat the flowers or the stuff in the veggie garden. The kids love 'em.
Now...If anyone knows how to make a groundhog "go away".....
