Now, I can sort of understand his point that there is a reasonable case for showing journalists the kind of thing which his officers are often faced with. But to do so without the express permission of the family involved is grossly inconsiderate and typifies Brunstrom's arrogance. Here is a

In fact, I gather today, he issued two young children with a couple of £80.00 fixed penalty fines for chalking hopscotch squares on a pavement. He seems determined to antagonise everyone.
As a society, we need to do something about rouge police officers like him - his appointment, and continued tenure, is proof that something is wrong with the system. Especially as there is now evidence which shows that his policies have only increased the number and seriousness of crime and road accidents in the area.
