Since I have not had cable TV for the last few years, I've missed motorcycle racing. This year I want to see the races, but wonder if speed broadcast's motoGP, WSB and AMA road races? I didn't see any of these in their program line up. Do they still broadcast motorcycle racing?

Thanks,

TT

I haven't seen it in awhile. Used to be on Tuesdays. Two wheel Tuesday. Now weird biker stuff.

Yeah, Speed still broadcasts GP, Superbike and AMA. I'm watching all of last years GP races so I can DVR the new ones.

TT,
Speedchannel, aka the Nascr*p network, has trashed all the good motorcycle shows and left us with chopper and stunt bike rubbish. But they do at least cover bike racing in its entirety.

When spring racing season starts back up they usually do a pretty good job of covering most of the races, AMA, Moto GP and World Superbike. So don't fret, get that DVR ready, they're coming!
Also be prepared to watch them at odd times and often not in the same time slot from week to week. First they have to make room for those four wheeled boys going fast and turning left don't ya know.

Once the NASCAR media group bought Speedvision (and relocated it's headquarters to the NASCAR capital of America - Charlotte, NC), they renamed it Speed Channel. Then they eliminated almost all forms of racing other than stock car events. I really miss Speedvision's old Tuesday night specials on motorcycles, or the boat racing night, and all the English broadcasts of road rally events featuring Jag-u-ars.

Yeah, the "speed channel" pretty well blows unless you're a nascar fan. The Out Door channel and Fox Sports World still have WRC and the like on, just not very often. Speed Vision was much better
