I haven't taken it. Been riding since I was 12. However, my girlfriend is interested in getting a bike and I want to take the course with her. I'm sure I will get a lot out of it.

I am sure you will get alot from the course.

After 30+ years of riding, I took the course.

I was surprised at how many bad habits I had picked up and had to 'UNLEARN'.

The course is worth every penny you may pay for it and more.
