Followup: I ordered a Fox Creek jacket today, and within half an hour of ordering I received an email from their customer service department informing me that the size I ordered is out of stock. They asked me to confirm assorted measurements so that they could get a jacket into production for me. They warned me it would take 3-6 weeks, but I figure the wait is worth it for a product that comes so highly recommended from so many people -- and I'm happy to support a company that does such a good job communicating with its customers.
