I do that myself several times a week. Wet, cold weather will be your worst friend after this heals. I have actually been thinking of moving to the tropics. Get DVDs of your favorites movies (in your case no musicals) they help and lots of history or science DVDs are out there. Heal and hopefully this year will see your shoulder work well with out the pain you had last year.

Lee, carpal tunnel?? I've been procrastinating surgery for years but the pain and loss of feeling is becoming too severe. Lack of sleep can be real exhausting. Especially with only Twilight Zone reruns!

Mrs. I. I highly recommend getting Carpal Tunnel Surgery.
The scar is minimal, I have seen surgeons do them as quick as five minutes to 30 minutes. Your in and out and it is minimally invsive.
My hand had a big section of skin removed and send to the pathologist. It was benign...thank god.The suture site is tight but healing . Night always seems to flare up my hand and shoulder...during the day I am okay.

Before I had my new shoulder joint fitted, I used to consider the two hours sleep per night, which was all I was getting, as pretty good going. The constant relentless pain really drove me down. Surgery was the only way, and now, two years on, and I sleep well. What exactly is your condition, and is there a fix? My life has been transformed, and hopefully, so will yours be.

^ Hey Max, Happy New Year. Ibuprofen PM is your friend. Six months after my little off in Nevada I'm doing pretty good. But still dealing with it. The PM stuff helps.

RE: carpal tunnel, I have had both wrists done -- concurrently I have also had my ulnar nerve released in my right elbow. Unfortunately, not one of the ops was that successful at least for me

Listen to us: We really are old-time Triumph riders! No wonder the young guys around my part of the globe think the Triumph brand is for old codgers!

Dean no offense then you need to go to a surgeon not butcher. I track post surgical results and I have yet to see one carpal tunnel issue.
