e-Shopping. It almost makes shopping fun!

I've been able to do almost all my X-mas shopping for the last 3 years online. It makes me hate the holidays that much less. Pretty much finished up and only went into one store so far, that was for stocking stuffers for my kids. With the e-gift cards you don't even need a stamp. I'm not nearly the scrooge I was back in the brick and mortar days and now normally shop with a beer in hand seated on my comfy and warm couch.
Does anyone actually shop in stores anymore? Let's see a show of hands.

I had not even thought of it. I am a rather conservative bloke regarding shopping online. By the same token I loathe mall wandering at Chrissie. Too late for me to finish online this year, but I will be following suit for 2013 - if we survive 21/12/12.

There' a couple of little girls that I've sent tons of little things for them to unwrap. I think that's half the fun of Xmas. I get those kind of things at my one stop Walgreens.

I love shopping online.

There are no lines, no kids, no screaming babies, no smelly people, no old people, no people writing checks; None of the stuff that makes shopping a pain in the ass. If I could grocery shop online, I so would.

I'm lucky. I do 50/50. 50% online and 50% local around the corner. I have a lot of unique shops and stores that sell everything I need within a 3 block radius. Malls and traffic and crazy pushy people searching aggressively to fill a void in their lives are a thing of the past for me. Happy Holidays All!

I agree on e-shopping.
This may be the first year I can entirely avoid Christmas shopping at the mall.

E-shopping good. All that other shopping bad. Unless I gotta go to the Bass Pro shop or maybe the hardware store. Places where they have beer are OK too.

Considering that I will do anything to avoid going to the mall even during the rest of the year (and quite successfully at that-I can usually keep it to only 1 or 2 visits a year) you can be sure I won't be going there during the holidays.

The only real Christmas shopping I've got to do this year is for my brother's kids. I think a few clicks at vat19.com should get them something of the huge and gummy variety.

I embrace my roll as the wacky uncle.

I can. Why can't you? I choose not too though, I am paranoid about how they choose my groceries - speschly the veges. Does your Mum make you do the groceries?

I'm picky, too.
