I have a uclear on my Scorpion Exo-400. The music is plenty loud, even at 70+ mph. In fact, I often have to bump it down a couple notches. Of course, in ear buds have better sound, and always will. But for not having the hassle of a cord and sore ear parts from the pressure of helmet pressing on ears, I say the uclear is full of win. Call clarity is awesome too. I have ridden 45 mph with my visor open and the person on the other end says that they have no idea I am on a bike. In fact, it sounds better with visor open than visor closed to the person on the other end. Visor closed has a slight tunnel effect. The biggest issue is for the rider not to yell, and just talk normal due to the surrounding wind noise.

It must be my helmet causing the uclear to be useless. I will findout when I get the neotec. I can say this without pause, even if a better helmet allows better listening, the blister buttons the uclear has are useless when wearing gloves.

I just bought a Neotec a week ago, very snug, all enveloping helmet, quiet for a modular. Feels like the helmet I would want to be wearing to bounce my head off pavement.
