I've only owned 6 bikes in my short riding life so far, can't say I disliked any of them.
Yes because we might hurt somebody's feeling, especially the Nancy boys on their Harley's with their drug store bought badness.
I mean the fact I owned a new 98 Sporty that fell apart the minute I drove it home make no difference. I obviously was to blame for the poor quality and workmanship for this bike. I obviously had a hand in its design and engineering. I obviously had a hand in putting the big black piece of slag in the middle of the cast shift lever that broke...twice. Yep totally my fault. I am the one who ordered the missing gaskets in the front rocker box and demanded they **** up the machining of the four big bolts/holes that keep that multi pieced example of oil leaking technology together. I put the metal flakes in my oil. All me and my anti-Harley subversive agenda.
Never mind my father and uncle had big twin engien failures at 35,000km and 45,000km and never midn my Triump is on the other side of 100,000km with only a few minor issues.
Rotten piece of crap with owner fabricated stories of it's awfulness.

I've have in all honesty looked at a few CX's. I passed up a CX 650 Turbo when my red 99 TBS was wrecked in 2001. It was for sale for I think $5000 and it was in perfect low mile shape. I passed on it becasue I still didn't know if they were going to write my bike off or fix it.

Should've just bought the damn turbo CX.
Stock CX in standard trim. I actually can se emy self owning and riding this. Nothign wrong with it.

It has exhaust wrap, shaft drive and piston that stick out between your knees. Thank the motorcycle gods you didn't get one. You would have probably grown into a MotoGuzzi or worse yet a BMW.

Oh, and I did want to tell you how sorry I was for that HD you owned.

Your father and uncle visited 7,000 and 9,000 bars respectively?

You do the math.

Bar? As in bar association? These guys were not lawyers. I see the confusion though.
