That's one hell of a sticker.

Had an interesting purchasing experience over the past month. I ordered a couple of patches from Patchworks on line. I think they are just a clearing house or broker for people all over the world who make patches. I got one from New Hampshire right away. my address was hand-written on an extra long envelope and had regular postage stamps.

The other one was sent from Tailand ( or mebbe Taiwan) and came after three weeks. Now this one had my address machine stamped on it, but again thru regular mail. I almost threw the envelope away thing it was a scam, But sure enough the patch was in there.

Two totally different quality patches though. The "made in USA one" (I think) was pretty much what I expected. The Thai one is made from cheaper material IMHO.

And the one place I don't shop at is Wally World.

Maybe you should write them a letter?

(I'm being serious, not flippant btw)

I do it with my clients, whenever someone buys or sells a house with me, I write them a letter, in script (joined up writing) with a fountain pen, to say thank you. It goes out in the post in a hand addressed envelope. It is INCREDIBLY powerful, in this day and age, they all ring up and say that they are amazed that I could be bothered. Five minutes of my time, to make a bond and secure future business, bargain! Also makes sure that I don`t lose the skill of writing in script.

Because Lewis Leathers wrote me a nice letter thanking me for my order, I thought it only right and proper to reply. Which I did, using a fountain pen and writing paper with a watermark in it. The only thing missing was some sealing wax! I felt warmly satisfied afterwards, as I hadn't written a letter in ages!

Not since my nan died.

Unless you count forms posted to the DVLA?

But letters do make more of an impact than emails, precisely for that reason.

Write a love letter to your partner and mean it. It will supercharge your love life, trust me.
