Remembrance Day

Or Veterans Day in the US.

They went with songs to the battle, they were young.
Straight of limb, true of eyes, steady and aglow.
They were staunch to the end against odds uncounted,
They fell with their faces to the foe.

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
We will remember them.

Lest we forget.

Age is of no importance, unless you are a cheese.

The only thing wrong with a perfect ride to work is that you end up at work.

"If I had known how bad the road was going to be in spots before heading up there, I most likely would not of even attempted the ride, all I knew was that a bunch of softcocks on beemers do it all the time so there was no reason I couldn't do it."

To all who served their countries with honor, I am forever grateful. Humbled to have had ordinary folks willing to stand between me and danger. Beholding forever to those who lost their lives doing this. Bless you all.

For those who have animosity in your hearts towards these folks, remember their service gave you the freedom to feel that way.
