As you idle it at your bedside, make sure you open up a window.

Congrats. I have one exactly like it. For the first night it's best to get a sleeping bag and snuggle right up to her. She'll treat you right after that every day!

only thing i have done to it so far is bar end mirrors. So what is one of the first "upgrades" that most people do to the Bonnie?

I've heard that people by a Hinckley Bonneville but I personally haven't tried that yet.

Sleep? Take it out right now! An upgrade? Put a chrome grab rail on the back, that's about it, it's a Triumph you'v already been upgraded!

There is so much you can do to the Bonnies that it's hard to know where to start! Have you had a look over on the Twin Talk and Twin Tech forums on this site? Grab a beer and head over there. And don't neglect the stickies either. Great stuff.

Personally, I rode mine for about a year before doing any mods, and there are always more things to do from cosmetic ones like mirrors and such to airbox mods, different maps, and beyond....and of course pipes and shocks. It's a matter of how fat is your wallet!
