Grew up in UnZud and became a true blue Aussie in 1984.

Aussie is home, I love it and my fellow Aussies except of course for the arse h0les but you get them in every place.

Poms are ok though but Irish and Scots are better of course

Yanks are an interesting and most generous lot of peeps to be sure.
I have a lot of 'murican friends and also friends from all over the place including a fair bit of Asia.

I'm a lucky man I suppose. I have dual citizenship with the US and the UK. My dad was / is a Brit. He got himself naturalized back in the '70s. My mom is American.
I was born in Portsmouth. I grew up in the US.

I've met lots of Brits over the years. Great folks. I've met lots of folk from other parts of the world too. Good and not so good people are everywhere.

Just a question for the English crew here. What is it with the driving on the wrong side of the road? What is the attraction? Why did you spoil the driving in all the old colony countries? (except Canada, well that may have been the French who saved Canada from that silly habit)

Interesting to see the posts from so many folks who are or have family from more than one of the English-speaking countries around the world.

I'm American and my wife is Scottish, so I'd like to think that means our boys will grow up with much more of a trans-Atlantic perspective as well...
