Typical what you see in HD racing,(Harley's only).
There just not that quick compaired to the current crop of sport bikes from this century.

HAP, can you please tell me how to play this movie at full speed? No matter how I try, it only plays in slo-mo. It'd be novel to see HD's going quickly.

We were at the Indy round of the MotoGP this year. They ran the HD's as a support class. We really didn't even bother watching, but while walking around the course my 13 year old daughter saw a bit of them and said, "dad, those bikes are slow."

Not to beat a dead horse and to reclaim this thread the "HD rider" in the crash video was identified as Chuck Norris' son! Check it out on cyrilhuzepost. I think that is why he could just get up and walk away.
