I learned in a 1962 Dodge Dart. The one my parents had was two-tone (brown like this one) with a cream colored roof. It had a push-button transmission--remember those?

1967 Peugeot 403. Bought it from a lady in the neighborhood for $135. when I was 15 (and had to make payments on it). Talked her down from $150. How this car ended up in Stone Mountain, GA in 1974 I have no idea. It had a small hole in the lower grill where you could insert the handle normally used to raise the jack and spin the engine over if the battery died. I abused the crap out of that car, including (but not limited to) sideswiping an oak tree the entire length of the passenger side while learning to back out of my parent's driveway. It finally died in a grocery store parking lot and I gathered my belongings from it and walked away.

*This image is not the actual car, but mine was identical in color, if not condition.
