I know you all have been anxiously awaiting an update. Spent the last week waiting on a new exhaust gasket. In the meantime I tweaked the loose airbox issue and got that secured correctly. Also mounted the very cool and aesthetically pleasing top case. The exhaust got mounted last night. Road her into work this morning in the snow, non on the road...I'm not an idiot. The batwing fairing does a good job of keeping the 35mph wind blast off my hands, even at 45 it did a nice job, didn't hit max speed today.

Parked at work...




Didn't wear earplugs today, wanted to see how it sounded. Don't have the buffeting issue of the Tiger and it was nice riding and hearing at the same time. Seems to be some squeaks in the front suspension, hope the wheel isn't getting ready to fall off.

Decided not to bother making a Spacy sticker for the fender scratch. Ordered a "Ride the World" decal from ADV Rider instead.

Whilst I am glad you are able to "ride" to work on the scoot, I am very sad that you, a once avid motorcycle rider/lover, have been turned to the silly side of riding. We warned you, we pleaded with you and here we are today looking at the Batwing express, in all her ugliness, parked in the snow covered parking lot.

The 07 Tiger is dieing slowly in disgrace.

The Tiger is taking a well deserved rest and is warm and under the blanket in the garage awaiting it's 36K service. My love for the Tiger will never die.

No problem. I have a model shop here at work and about 38 free hours a week to kill.
