Rules are simple, ask a serious question. Someone will give you a silly or sarcastic answer. They will then ask a serious (or not-so-serious) question, and so on...
Example:
Do birds sleep?
.....
(Response)
Only on featherbeds.
(Question for next person)
Is red the fastest color?
.....
When it's blood, and you're rushing to the hospital.
How are babies made?
.....
When someone blows their cover.
What does it take to win the Isle of Man TT?
.....
You need to graduate from training wheels first.
What's on TV tonight?
(You get the picture - take it from here, with your answer, then a question...)
In college why visiting a friend of of friend in the village (NY) and realizing we were we staying with drug dealers after while we were sleeping they dragged several 55 gallon trash bags full of weed over our legs. The next night a friend had homemade spaghetti sauce ... Rasta pasta. Also a friend of mind had space cake in the Netherlands. Other than that nope.
No I am writing a reply to an e-mail thread about important questions that require a thoughtful response. Keep getting re directed to this thread though.
"Hair of the dog" refers to drinking in the morning to alleviate the feeling of being hungover. As a person who has had many hangovers in my lifetime, I've never tried that approach. I've never felt that I could stomach more alcohol when hungover.
However, what has worked for me is the most obvious stuff. Before going to bed, I drink plenty of water. Actually, Gatorade or other Electrolyte balancers work. If I get up in the middle of the night, I drink more water. If I wake up hungover and I have a commitment, its too late. I just do what I can to hydrate. Personally, I crave greasy food in the morning when hungover and usually have a hamburger or an omelet. I am relieved by that.
Either way, do what your body craves. At the very least, it will mean water. If it's other stuff, do what makes sense. Cheers mate and take care. I've been there too many times to count.
This is an older thread, you may not receive a response, and could be reviving an old thread. Please consider creating a new thread.
