I figured on the northern passes closing, but not this early. We will have to see how far west we get once we are done going south and east.

Is she the Stig's little sister or something?

Nice photo, that's fine.
Now, you are in my general neighborhood (SE United States). So, will your travels have you anywhere near Birmingham, AL? There is a fabulous motorcycle museum/racetrack in B'ham.
Naw, I guess you'll just be heading to Florida. Safe travels. 73

Zen has it's foibles def.
I am sorta planning Birmingham, there is a small matter of Paul and Robin, and Mark and Max who I wouldn't mind catching up with again, but that is days away, hell I have a hard enough time making an itinerary let alone sticking to it...

Rode the Cherohala yesterday Dog...the snow on the side of the road was rather disconcerting. I am sure a side-car would stabilize the ride a bit....not that I am hinting you head north any time soon, but....

Some say she hides her red hair to prevent Dog from going into a catatonic state and that Jonkster's helmet gave her a rash.
All we know is...She's the Stig's little sister.

I'd avoid the north, too. It was nice today but windy as hell and will be cold again tomorrow. Although you did go up the arctic circle and survived even though Aussies say 50F is freaking cold, lol!
As i said over the phone though, we've had 4 really great falls in a row and this one is more normal so I should shut up and not complain.

I have to laugh at all the suggestions for places to visit Dog gets. He hasn't gone a hundred miles in the past week. They seem to be traveling from restaurant/bar/music to restaurant/music/bar. Slight change each day is probably caused by being lost the night before and retracing one's tracks to the side hack.
He is staying amongst some of the worlds finest sea food eateries and he tells me they just ate Mexican. Crabs, fish, squid, rock lobster. Zip, nada. Hamburger helper burritos and margaritas with chips and sauce.
Told me he knew he was in Fl, but didn't know just where except the travel distance to dwr's house. Homing instinct taking over.
You all are not even close as to just who the mystery lady is related to. Close a couple times but no cigar yet.
Travel safely Dog and lady friend, see ya when and if you get back.
