Not exactly sure when I will get over there fella, the girl flies in Saturday, and we are heading east for a few weeks.[/QUOTE]

Denis, Judy and I are headed to Lake Port on the north-west shore of Lake Okeechobee for the rest of the year. Be sure to plan to stop by if you are headed this way. Alligator wrestling and duck hunts available.

I am not going to spoil Dogs adventures by giving away all his secrets, BUT.

This kinda goes with what the Brits think of us but is what the US customs thinks of Vegemite. Seems Dog had his sweety try and smuggle several tubes of caustic poison Vegemite, hidden inside ladies under garments thinking American customs would be polite and not look. They did, found it, took it away , threatened to send the poor lady back to Australia and hunt down the Dog. She gave up some other poor Aussy and was able to enter the Republic of Texas with out further ado.

They are safely hidden away from further harassment by the Federal customs folks courtesy of the Texans for equatable treatment of foreigners. I am sure when he calms down from the seizure of his bootleg hair growing compound he with post the rest of the story.

Man, what kind of society do we live in where you can't smuggle stuff into the country anymore?

Oh boy.... Smuggling Vegemite AND getting caught. Not a nice way to start a trip to the States. Good news tho - World Market stocks it, and there are few of them in Texas.

The level of my outrage is so high, only my dog can hear it.

You all know I dearly love the Dog! But, I believe he is being indignant because the customs guys caught him. Not that they took it from his sweety mind you, just that they found it. Reminds me of the 1970s coming in from Turkey.

I have half a jar here, buy some warm clothes and come on up. (first snow this morning, but it didn't stick.)
