MS Sparky675 guided us around about 200 miles of some of the finest roads in the world today and boy can she ride that little 675. I did make one huge mistake. Her bike had a nasty bruise on the tail and she was fussing so I told her to give it a little kiss and caress it. I showed her how I do it and then she told me her bike is a boy. Bummer.
We rode the wheels off and Sparky kept telling us to watch for flatlanders pulling out onto the road in front of us and stopping to take pictures, running across the road for good pictures whilst you are laid over in a corner. Then, after we slowed down to follow her advice, she flew off down the road and left us. I guess the advice was "do as I say not as I do". Super day but sad as the Dog is leaving in the morn for up north.
My road is also done and pad for home complete so I will be heading home to the flat, featureless roads of Texas this next week.
I want to again thank the Sparkys for the fantastic time they showed us. What a wonderful couple and as I said they both ride like demons. I also need to thank BrewDudeBob for putting me through my paces with a great, jolly smile on his face whilst I spit tobacco juice out the front door. What a super time and great people we have met and have had whilst here. It is just very sad that I exaggerated how great my little tiny, rough, flat, go no where road was though. I am sure the folks will never come back to ride it as it sucks. So if I led any of you to dream of riding the road I described and coming here, I apologise.
Respectfully Hap

Dog,

What route are you taking North?

See you at the Paradise in Bennington.

I hope you are taking the Blue Ridge Parkway there...

Oh, and be sure to find a way to dip a toe into Deleware, it's easy to miss.
