Oh for crying out loud, this is outrageous. I'm normally skeptical of possibly overblown reporting, but this story seems well-researched. I would sue for this.

My bold. What possible basis could they have for concluding this in a mere report. This seems to be the domino that tipped the rest. The whole thing, if it had to be a "thing" at all, should have been a quiet and straight-forward investigation, with the reasons explained up front to the parents. No one should have been arrested, especially for what amounts to a hearsay, 3rd-party thought crime. Geez, I used to draw pictures of bikers stabbing other bikers, and nuclear bomb clouds, and who knows what else kids normally draw.

Gotta' go with Silverado on this one. It's absolute madness! There's so many things wrong with this, I don't even know what to say, except people better wake up to what the Govt is doing before we're reduced to all being clones of each other!

Wow, this is crazy.

I remember when I was grade school, my friend's dad gave his son and me knives to use if someone attacked us on the bus. I can only imagine how that would go over today.

Wow. What this guy and family had to endure is scary. I used to draw tanks, airplanes and all kinds of stuff when I was in school. My parents would be locked up today.
