From what I have read, KTM and Triumph have dedicated a small team to super bike and super sport racing. They partner up with local racing teams and give support like neat cams, gear shifters and maybe a few bucks plus mention the teams in international marketing efforts and some times donor bikes. One big difference between the two is the new AMA requirement for controlled ECU will probably not affect KTM as it will other UJM builders. Seems KTM uses the Italian ECU manufacturer and they send a tech to adjust/spook the ECU each series. No one else does that.

Unlike Ducati, Aprilia, Yamaha and Honda who each have a dedicated division for racing and research, the other players still use their ordinary, street sales design staff and techs to support the race team partners with off the shelf farkels.

Of course I can't speak for the teams in European countries or those in the upside down countries, but can find no mention of a full on KTM factory race team in WSBK.

Lefty. You must stop "yum, yumming things I post. These are bikes only "older codgers" now like. Folks will not know you are still a "wet behind the ears" youngster and think you are old and have great taste in motorcycles.

But I do have great taste in bikes, HAP. Some things, like nice bikes, transcend age groups.
