Bikes that REALLY blow your hair back.

I play on another website thread that is totally dedicated to posting Cool looking bikes. In fact I ended up playing bikes-on-line while I was looking for ideas on how to soup-up my GS850-Shaftie (Suzi, not BeeEm). Anyway, I never gave up. I just got my mits on these images and thought you RATS might appreciate them too. I am not a twin fan, or a scrambler fan, or a wafer thin seat fan, but this ROCKS! Dig the FCR's. Then I thought to label the thread as I did so that you might post your favourite bike images in the future too.

Best 'til last. Keihin and CNC beauty.

^ It is a bit try-hard. Stupid pipes. Silly vents in side cover - are they effective? Logo on tank is embarrassing, so is the racing number. Brown seat.

The proportions are nice though and the rear tyre DOES fit in the wheel arch nicely.

ok

ok - this bike really blew my hair back...

It was my 916 Race Bike that I raced from 1994 until 1998. I did a number of AMA Superbike races on it in addition to CCS Club Racing.. Built, maintained and tuned by Eraldo Ferracci....

this is me in the 97 Daytona 200

high point of my short racing career was doing the AMA Superbike Race at Laguna Seca in 1998 - awesome track!!!

Sorry Sprout. The bike can't be posted here. I just read the rules and all bike posted must be V-Twins, Orange in color and have girls names. I tried several other V-Twin picture posting but Triumpt shot me down.

I have a bunch of 125 Kitty shoots but the color burns my computer screen.

Honda RC51, fairing removed, paint the frame orange and half the wheels white. Think I can get it by?

I simply was stating a fact. This thread was hijacked by ORANGE KATO lovers. When I tried introducing other V_Twins and the interesting engine configurations your response was not in the least what I had expected. You again posted a KATO engine. Yes, yes, I know you did post a smallish picture of a Ducati, more like an afterthought.

I realized you were being swept up in the KATO worship cult and worried about you. That was all but I like the Suzuki TL1000 engine as well as the Honda engine V_Twins.

The Hondas are very nice that both you and Sprout posted but I am waiting for the orange onslaught to begin again.

Sorry I confused you.

Thanks for pointing out my insufficient understanding of American two wheelers Jack. I thought that over a certain weight, say 250 kgs, a vehicle ceases to be able to be classified as a motorbike.

You're talking about the bike, right?

Just wanted to make sure, because, well..Murica.

There's something about this paint scheme...

^ Your first pic is not showing Jack.

[I got to your pic via devious ways. Yes I was talking about the nett weight of the bike only]

The MV paint job looks - well - uhm - like an Eighties flash back.
