In South Central Texas (New Braunfels) we ride year around. I ride every day that it isn't raining and often if it does rain, the streets dry out quickly. I haven't missed a day of riding for months. High today was 84 degrees F. with a low of 62. Occasionally it might get below freezing in winter, but by noon, the temp will be in the 50s, so winter is actually a great time to ride. No battery tenders, winterization, or storage for my bikes. I open the garage door, start the bike, back it out, and by the time I put my helmet on and close the garage door, the bike is warmed up enough to ride away...even in January.

It will be a chance to see if the new thermals work!

After many days, the rain stopped and the sun is shining.
