Cafe and bobber look. I can see that... I mean... I think I did. No, really, it's there somewhere. I'm sure I saw it. And I can see how it "could" be improved with paint, and maybe another laundry list of improvements.

Is it my imagination, or are people trying to put a value on "potential" more than they used to?
